What services do you offer?

We offer public sauna sessions, private group bookings, and full venue hire. All options include access to our wood-fired sauna, cold plunge pools, outdoor showers, and relaxation areas.

What do I need to bring?

Bring swimwear, a towel, and something comfortable to wear afterwards. You may also want a second towel for sitting in the sauna. Water is recommended to stay hydrated.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, guests must be 16 or over to use the sauna and cold plunge facilities.

What should I expect during my session?

You’ll have access to the sauna, cold plunges, and relaxation areas for the duration of your session. Move between heat, cold, and rest at your own pace.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
Can I smoke or vape on the premisis?

In order to keep the venue clean and healthy smoking and vaping are prohibited on site.

Can I bring outside food or drink into the facility?

Outside food and drink are not permitted. We offer refreshments through Soulmates Restaurant, located on-site, so you can enjoy food and drinks before or after your session.

Is the sauna suitable for beginners?

Yes. There’s no experience needed, just take it at your own pace. If it’s your first time, we’re happy to guide you.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on the main street in front of Soulmates cafe. There's also loads of parking right at the beach
Do I need to book in advance?

No, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially during busy periods. Walk-ins are very much welcome but availability is not guaranteed. 

Can I bring my pet?

While we love our four legged companions, due to health and safety reasons pets are NOT allowed in the space. They are very much welcome to come say hi over at reception. 

Are there changing facilities on-site?

Yes, we have on-site changing rooms for your convenience. With lockers to secure your belongings
