Who we are

Soul Sea Sauna was built as a place to slow things down.

Like most people, we know what it’s like to get caught up in the pace of everyday life. Busy schedules, constant noise, and very little time to properly switch off. This space was created as a simple answer to that, a place where you can breathe, reset, and take a break from it all.

What makes Soul Sea Sauna different is how it came together.

This wasn’t built by a big company - we built it, with the help of our family and friends. Long days, hands-on work, and a lot of support from the people around us. We’ve put our heart and soul into creating this space. It’s something we’re proud of, and we think you’ll feel that when you’re here.

Whether you come on your own, with friends, or as part of a group, the goal is the same:
to leave feeling better than when you arrived.
